Ms. Alldredge has over 16 years of professional experience and specializes in elementary education. She is responsible for preparing students for exams, evaluating each student's performance, conducting parent-teacher conferences, and preparing curriculum. Ms. Alldredge became a teacher because of her childhood aspirations and the desire to work with children. Hard work, dedication and passion for teaching are the driving forces behind her success.

Ms. Alldredge earned her Master of Arts in Education from The University of Texas of the Permian Basin in 2007. She is a supporter of the Boy Scouts of America, the United Nations Children's Fund and the Children's Miracle Network. In five years, Ms. Alldredge intends to pursue a doctorate in psychology.
