With 17 years of experience in her field, Ms. Paramore has been in her current position at Henry County Health and Rehabilitation Facility for 15 years. Throughout her career as a Licensed Practical Nurse, she has cultivated an expertise in treating geriatric patients. Her responsibilities as a charge nurse include overseeing patients' medication and orders and supervising certified nursing assistants.

As an LPN for over 16 years, Ms. Paramore has dedicated herself to making sure each patient is treated with the utmost compassion, respect and knowledgeable care to ensure their progress. She is proud that the facility is always up-to-date on the latest technology, ensuring the best quality of patient care. Her greatest career achievement to date was being able to clock in hours of clinical study while still attending school. Ms. Paramore hopes to continue to provide excellent healthcare for patients and eventually progress to the administrative side of operations, which she feels would put her in a better position to make decisions that would be beneficial to her patients. She plans on going back to school for her administrative degree to help her achieve this goal. The most important issue facing her industry is the availability of quality healthcare and rehabilitation services to all patients regardless of their insurance issues.

Ms. Paramore is a Licensed Practical Nurse through Chauncey Sparks State Technical College where she was president of the student council government and a member of the Alabama Board of Nursing and the Nurse Care Center, Policies and Procedures. She attributes her success to her dedication, determination and compassion for patients and became involved in her profession because of her father, who suffered with cancer, and her desire to help others like him.
