About the TCN Worldwide Board of Directors:
• David C. Wagner, serving his second consecutive year as chairman, is the co-founder and principal of Chartwell Group LLC/TCN Worldwide in Cleveland. Mr. Wagner, who previously served as the organization's vice chairman, has served on the board of directors since 2004.
• Larry Elbaum, the organization's vice chairman, is co-founder and principal of Bradford Allen Realty Services/TCN Worldwide in Chicago. Mr. Elbaum has served on the board since 2006 and this will represent his second consecutive year as vice chairman.
• Ford Price, Jr. is a managing partner of Price Edwards & Company/TCN Worldwide, an Oklahoma-based commercial real estate services firm. Mr. Price who was originally elected to the board in 2005 is serving his second consecutive term as secretary, first year as treasurer.
• Hans Hansson, president of Starboard Commercial Real Estate Services/TCN Worldwide in San Francisco, has been a member of the board since 2004 and is currently serving his second consecutive term.
• Neil H. Siderow, senior principal of Murray Hill Properties, LLC of New York City, rejoins our board of directors this year. Having previously served two terms as chairman, this year represents Mr. Siderow's seventh year of service as a TCN Worldwide board member.
• Richard Bowers, SIOR, one of the founding members of TCN Worldwide and president of Richard Bowers & Co./TCN Worldwide in Atlanta, is currently serving his fourth consecutive year. Having previously served on the TCN Worldwide Board of Directors, this year represents a total of 15 years Mr. Bowers has served on our board.
• H. Ross Ford, president & CEO of TCN Worldwide, joined the organization in 1998 as president. In 2007, he was appointed to the board of directors as president & CEO. Mr. Ford is responsible for the strategic direction of the organization and the implementation of all expansion and networking initiatives.
