/24-7PressRelease/ -- On July 17th, the Team Cessna Event will make a stop at the Traverse City Airport. This elaborate display will feature Cessna Aircraft models including the SkyhawkSP, Turbo Station, the new Corvalis TT and Cessna's new very light jet (VLJ), the Citation Mustang. In addition to getting a close up look at these spectacular new airplanes, visitors will be able to experience interactive displays in Cessna's new Mobile Marketing Vehicle.
"We're thrilled to bring this event to the Traverse City Airport," remarked Tom Trumbull, owner of Cessna's Authorized Representative, Suburban Aviation Inc. "I know the pilots in this area will really enjoy an up-close look at these planes."
Last year, similar events were held in the metro Detroit area and in Grand Rapids. Participants were able to meet with aviation tax and finance specialists, learn about the most recent tax incentives and even schedule a demo flight. July's Team Cessna Event will be held at Northwestern Michigan College at the Traverse City Airport. NMC's aviation program is one of Michigan's first Cessna Collegiate Centers and has earned a reputation for excellence in aviation training with graduates flying all over the world-as commercial pilots, corporate pilots and freight pilots.
