To provide clients with a more personalized program creation, Team Fitness America is set to launch their new Outside Associate program in August of 2009.
With the job market still being a difficult place for those that are seeking employment, job seekers that have a professional sales background and that are looking to work in a growing organization can apply to become part of Team Fitness America's new division. Team Fitness America has opened up their doors for an additional 360 Outside Sales Associates throughout their now servicing 18 metropolitan areas.
Margaret Pajak, who is Team Fitness America's company founder and president, is in the process of developing a unique program where Outside Associates can follow two directions to grow within the company. They will have the opportunity to grow either through a certain level of sales volume or through a management program that will enable them to develop a team of Outside Associates.
"My objective since day one is to make sure that our clients always have a positive experience no matter what it takes," says Pajak. "We have established a solid foundation for every angle of our company from the inside out and we aim to continue company growth by aligning ourselves with motivated Outside Associates that will hopefully find this as a great additional income or full time opportunity."
This addition of 360 associate positions is just another step in the right direction for Team Fitness America. The fitness industry powerhouse launched their Personal Trainer of The Month in June of this year which has helped clients relate to just a few of the best in home personal trainers that Team Fitness America has to offer throughout the country.
In July, Team Fitness America added a testimonials and reviews section to their website that will soon have a mixture of both live video testimonials and clickable players to hear what some of their clients have to say. Expect many more additions throughout 2009 as Team Fitness America continues its efforts to become a household name.
