Tech4Learning Releases Free Graphic Organizer Maker

Educators can use the free tool at graphicorganizer.net to create customized graphic organizer worksheets for the classroom.
SAN DIEGO, CA, May 29, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Tech4Learning has released a free web tool to create graphic organizer worksheets. The site, graphicorganizer.net, helps educators support student's thinking during the process of organizing their research and ideas about classroom projects.

The Graphic Organizer Maker includes templates for organizers like Venn diagrams, clusters, cycles, KWL charts and more. Educators choose the type of organizer they think will most benefit the learning process, add instructions, and create a PDF they can print.

Graphic organizers are powerful tools to help students process new information and see connections and relationships between ideas and information," shares Melinda Kolk, Director of Professional Learning for Tech4Learning. "As we train teachers to incorporate high-level project work and move toward project-based learning in our ProjectLearn Academies, we needed a tool educators could use to support their coaching during this part of the project-building process."

"Wixie includes graphic organizers for students, but not everyone doing projects and project-based learning has Wixie or a similar technology tool," explains David Wagner, CEO of Tech4Learning. "Now, any educator can head to graphicorganizer.net to create quick thinking organizers to support students through the project process."
