Now, through the latest multimedia technology this blog website has found ways to connect moms and conversations from anywhere, to talk about anything, anytime.
Twice weekly, four moms among a "mom panel" of twelve contributors, (which includes Heather Armstrong of dooce.com, Alice Bradley of Finslippy.com, and Daphne Brogdon of CoolMom.com, along with nine others) speak their mind about a specific topic in a five-minute video that anyone can then view and add comments.
Amazingly, all members of the panel live in different cities across the U.S., but, thanks to technology, are able to create a seamless conversation in which anyone can add their perspective.
Momversations include the latest tough topics:
"Do You Ask Your Parents or Your Friends for Parenting Advice?" and
"When is it OK for Kids to Use a Public Bathroom by Themselves?" Where mom Dana Loesch (of mamalogues.com) asks the question and then shares her safety concern about letting her young sons use public men's restrooms alone. Loesch gets heady responses from panelists and other moms in humorous, no-nonsense style moms can appreciate.
