With 40 years of professional experience to his name, Mr. Howard's resume and skill set is the most important asset of First Phoenix Group, LLC, where he serves as president and CEO. As a third-generation health care professional, he founded Health Quest Management Services, which became a nationwide hospital development and management service, in Redlands, California. In the First Phoenix Group role, he is mainly responsible for identifying opportunities and bringing groups together to maximize senior housing and care opportunities. On a daily basis, he oversees the operation of 20 health care facilities, which entail raising venture capital, managing investor relationships, identifying market space and designing assisted living facilities.

Looking back, Mr. Howard attributes his success to his experience with his family business. His grandfather started a similar company in 1949 and he grew up in the business as a result. He also cites creating superb environments for seniors to live in as a factor. He has spent his entire life caring for seniors and working throughout the United States with various hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living operations.

Mr. Howard was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding and also maintains affiliation with subcommittee and Advisory Groups for the State of Wisconsin and Medicaid Advisory Groups. In years to come, Mr. Howard will continue to expand business in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Colorado.
