    PITTSBURGH, PA, October 30, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Accident and Injury Recovery Center and Military Connections will send 10,000 holiday stockings to soldiers and marines in December. New patients who order a $10 holiday stocking will receive a free consultation and treatment with Dr. Anthony DiCesaro. Current patients may also receive a free adjustment on November 20 with the purchase of a $10 stocking. Military Connections will send prepare, package and send the stockings to soldiers and marines before the holiday season.

"We wanted to help our patients feel even better throughout the busy holiday season," said Dr. Anthony DiCesaro. "Now, our patients can feel good about giving back to the troops and about taking care of themselves."

One in five are worried that holiday stress could affect their physical health, according to the American Psychological Association. Fortunately, chiropractic adjustments release muscle tension and allow the body to return to a healthy, balanced state. Visiting a chiropractor regularly additionally helps the body develop a healthier response to stress.
