-- "The Arabs Gone Wild" stand up comedy tour -which has played to sold out shows in the United States and Middle East -performs it's first show ever in Canada on Saturday, October 10 at the Gesu Theater in Montreal.
"With President Bush finally gone, Arabs feel like it's time to party!" declares co-headliner and producer of the show Dean Obeidallah. "The show is a celebration of being of Middle Eastern heritage," adds co-headliner Maysoon Zayid.
The show will tackle everything from politics to pop culture as well as "Arab issues" like "Arab time" (why Arabs are always late for everything) to "Dating while Arab."
"You don't have to be of Arab heritage to enjoy the comedy, the jokes are written for everyone to understand - even "white people," jokes Obeidallah.
The show features four comedians: Dean Obeidallah who was one of the stars of the critically acclaimed "Axis of Evil" stand up TV special which aired in Canada on The Comedy Network, in the US on Comedy Central and in the Middle East on Showtime Arabia.
