This weekend retreat will allow you to learn about the importance of rest and rejuvenation as you are guided through meditation. The retreat will be lead by three exceptional teachers: Mary Bruce, John Vosler, and special guest Gabriel Logan Braun.

Mary Bruce is an internationally beloved yoga teacher and a certified Yoga Nidra Facilitator. She has dedicated her life to spreading her love for yoga and all the ancient wisdom in a new and radiant life.

John Vosler has a successful holistic health practice in Los Angeles and he is a senior teacher at the Amrit Yoga Institute. He speaks internationally about the healing benefits of the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra.

Gabriel Logan Braun is a sound healer, musician, and life coach. He is deeply committed to helping others awaken their innate gifts and inner knowledge. He will be leading the Sound Bath meditation.

Yoga Nidra is more than a technique; it is a pristine state of consciousness where you can rest in an effortless state of being. It is a deep state of relaxation while maintaining full consciousness. It is a state between waking and sleeping.

Over the weekend, you will learn the science, tradition, and techniques behind Yoga Nidra, dive deep into firsthand practices from various lineages, and learn the basics and the stages of Yoga Nidra from each lineage. You will also restore, balance, and invigorate your body, mind, and soul.
