/24-7PressRelease/ - NEW YORK, NY, July 17, 2007 - The event will feature several vocal and dance performances, modeling, clothing design, painting, comedy, poetry by the best talents that register, while a special section of the event features movies, music videos, movie shorts and new media (digital) creations by participants. "This is an unbelievable opportunity for urban and 3rd world creators to meet entertainment executives, distributors, promoters, potential investors while receiving varying levels of recognition for their outstanding work and talent." said Mrs. M. Baptis, event Co-Organizer.
All participants, and their creations, will be featured on a special film that is being produced on the "Genius Globe Awards", while some participants will also be invited to participate in various movie, and multimedia productions.
Persons interested in submitting their works, or being considered to perform at the Genius Globe Awards, should email DoctorCreator@Yahoo.com and request a Registration Package. NOTE: During a separate component of the event, the GIGAS Committee has also decided to accept creations from persons of other ethnicities whose works feature Pan-African and Indigenous themes. This was done in an effort to create great communication between the various creative communities.
Many world-class performers, artists and creators are never recognized for their natural genius. Many go into obscurity although, had they been given the opportunity, their abilities would be lauded.
