MIAMI, FL, September 10, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/
-- After 6 years, and now the most successful magazine in Homeland Security, the Counter Terrorist magazine is once again increasing its global reach. Long the source of analysis on International incidents that are important to First Responders now a new and growing audience will have access to the magazine.
"We believe that the global market is where we belong because the war on terrorism and crime is a global war," says Sol Bradman, CEO of SSI. "This is also in keeping with our second decade as the leading US Homeland Security company and we are going global: global with the magazine, the training, our products and our commitment to keep people safe."
A new resource for US and European companies looking at the huge market in Asia is the ASIA PACIFIC edition of the Counter Terrorist Magazine. A subset of the current publication, the ASIAN edition will be an ezine and will be published by Counter Terrorism Practitioner CTP. The Singaporean company holds an annual conference in November every year, and the magazine will be launched on that date. As a licensing body for professionals, the company is in an excellent position to bring in the quality readership in Asia that the magazine enjoys in Europe and the USA.
Edited by Munies Pillai, the Director of Advertising is Mr. Derick Ding and the Director of Operations is Mr. Yaniv Peretz. The magazine will provide at least 3 articles specifically directed at the ASIA PACIFIC market and local advertisers in addition to the companies that advertise in the US edition. By 2014, China's homeland security & public safety market alone will replace the U.S.'s, to become the world's largest national homeland security & public safety market. Not to mention the many and numerous countries that can provide much needed replacement for the cutbacks in US Homeland Security spending. China's homeland security & public safety market grew from $40 Billion in 2011 to $45 Billion in 2012, and will reach $58 Billion by 2015. Forecasts predict that the market will reach $105 Billion by 2020, several times the US market.
"We are not only looking at China," states Yaniv Peretz of CTP. "We also have Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, South Korea and the entire Pacific area that we reach. We expect this to be a big success. We are proud to be representing the Counter Terrorist whose fine content is often read and mentioned here."
In addition The Counter Terrorist Magazine will continue to be distributed internationally at conferences such as the Counter Terror Expo in London, Milipol in Paris, ISDEF in Israel, Global Security Asia and many more.
