/24-7PressRelease/ - July 15, 2007 - Are you or your organization dealing with issues of diversity you haven't dealt with before? Are you at a loss as to where to turn? Chief Scott Knight and Dr. Leo Parvis have joined forces to create a series of presentations, seminars, and workshops to help people in this country achieve understanding, tolerance, inclusion and acceptance in relation to those people who are different from them. Their different but complementary styles make them an informative, entertaining, and inspiring duo that will captivate even the most stalwart audiences. Their combined 40+ years of experience and education has prepared them well to conduct diversity trainings, present to a wide variety of groups of various ages and cultures, and consult with organizations that need help dealing with the issues of diversity prevalent in workplaces and schools today. "Chief Knight and I thought that by combining our knowledge and experience, we would make a richer and more interesting presentation for the attendees," said Dr. Parvis.

They customize their presentations, seminars and workshops to fit your needs, timeline, structure, how interactive you want it to be, and the parameters/size of your group. They offer a variety of formats: they can do a group presentation with break-out small group sessions/discussions, more of a lecture type with a question and answer period, or a longer workshop format with exercises/hand-outs, whichever will best suit your group.

Some of the many topics they can discuss are:

Racial profiling
Inclusion, tolerance, acceptance, and empowerment
Critical or emerging diversity issues
Police and community partnership
Creating your own Diversity Council
Immigrants & community involvement
Workplace diversity
Teaching diversity

And much more! If there is a topic you have in mind, but it is not listed here, they can most likely accommodate your request.
