CHAPTER ONE
Those of you lucky enough to obtain one of Paul Cardew's splendid "Christmas Tree" limited edition teapots may have noticed that there was a golden teapot on the top of the tree and not the traditional fairy.
We can now reveal that she was spirited away by Paul in order to help with his Spring 2005 limited edition project - the "Fairy Infusion".
Artists, poets and authors across the centuries have chosen these beautiful and kindly creatures as their muse and Paul has been equally charmed by their spell.
The setting for his new teapot is indeed a wooded glade and dawn is rising upon a captivating scene. A group of enchanting fairies are gathered around a delicate flower in bloom.
It's a fairy tale about to unfold and only Paul Cardew can foresee what is about to happen.
Over the coming weeks, we will show you step by step the evolvement of this teapot fairy tale.
