The Government Contracting Institute Presents Extensive, Interactive Proposal Development Class

Instructors share expertise on how to create a proposal that will be effective in the competitive Federal Contracting market.



    BALTIMORE, MD, November 16, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Government Contracting Institute, sponsored by TargetGov and bwtech@UMBC, is hosting a special two-day class called "Proposal Development - Beyond the Ordinary!" This class guides attendees through a comprehensive, step-by-step process to developing proposals with heightened probabilities for success. There are four major dimensions of winning new and recompete Federal contracts: proposal strengths, readiness, writing, and knowledge management. Along with these dimensions, attendees will also learn about 12 different field-proven proposal-readiness processes and tools that can increase your organization's probability of winning. Class attendees will learn and begin implementing strategies for better communicating proposal solutions in high-impact graphical form, proposal writing best practices, and capturing and leveraging what your company knows.

Teaching the class is Dr. Robert Frey, Principal and Co-Owner in the consultancy, Successful Proposal Strategies, LLC, in Northern Virginia. Dr. Frey is a highly productive proposal professional with a total of 27 years of thought leadership in proposal solution development. The other instructor guiding this comprehensive course is Mike Parkinson, principal at 24 Hour Company. Mike Parkinson is an internationally recognized visual communications expert and APMP Fellow, whom has spearheaded multi-billion dollar projects and created thousands of graphics resulting in billions of dollars in increased revenue for his clients.
