JOLIET, IL, August 18, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dr. Dale P. Layman, Ph.D., Author, Speaker, and Visionary at Robowatch, LLC, has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in creating a much-needed anti-robotic, counter-revolution, to oppose the rapidly-ongoing, ever-more quickly-accelerating, robot revolution.

In 2003, Dr. Layman wrote the forward to the book "Concise Encyclopedia of Robotics" by Stan Gibilisco published by McGraw-Hill, where he coined and invented the phrase 'compu-think' - a contraction that literally means, computer-like modes or ways of human thinking. Dr. Layman first discovered the grave dangers posed by robotics as he was studying about The Concept of Order, in writing his Human Anatomy and Physiology textbooks. He read numerous scientific articles about robots, and listened, in person, to a terrifying lecture from Professor Kevin Warwick ("Father of the Cyborgs," University of Reading, England). Mr. Warwick arrogantly proclaimed that, "The cyborgs will be running the show in the future. If you want to be a chimpanzee, remain a human being!" Naturally, Dr. Layman became deeply concerned that the dominance of organic life could one day become threatened by very invasive and disruptive digital technologies! These disruptive technologies are intensely involved in the process of turning normal humans into cyborgs (man-machine combinations) or Transhumanists - literally, those who "specialize in" (-ist) going "across" (trans-) normal "human" boundaries. Kevin Warwick, for example, has become "The First Cyborg," in that he had a computer chip and an electrode array surgically inserted into his forearm!

Dr. Layman worried that such rising technological dominance seemed so dramatically "obsessive," that it might largely be an unforeseen result of a newly-emerging, almost entirely-undiagnosed, mental illness! He first discovered and identified this strange new form of mental illness by giving it the name of psychosomatic technophilia. Translated into English, psychosomatic technophilia literally means, "an abnormal love or attraction" (-philia) for "technology" (techn) that replaces one's "body" (somat) and "mind" (psych). Such psychosomatic technophilia, Dr. Layman now postulates, is probably a type of obsessive neurosis, and possibly a new form of OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder). This obsessive neurosis, therefore, may be an unconscious motivating drive for those "mad" scientists who seek to turn us into a new cyborgean/Transhumanist species, Robo sapiens. As a result, he founded Robowatch.

Dr. Layman received his first Ph.D. in health and safety studies from the University of Illinois in 1986. His doctoral dissertation was, "THE RUNNER: A Profile of Injury and Addiction." This study was psychosomatic or literally, "pertaining to" (-ic) the "body" (somat) and "mind" (psych). It found a significant relationship between the occurrence of running injuries and the presence of a negative hyper- ("excessive") addiction to running. This dissertation therefore laid the eventual "thinking foundation" for Dr. Layman's later venture out into the negative psychosomatic or "mind-body" effects resulting from the rapid expansion of A.I. and robots.

Before receiving his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois, Dr. Layman became an educational specialist in physiology and health science in 1979, through his studies at Ball State University. He also received a Master of Science in physiology from the University of Michigan Medical School in 1974 and a Bachelor of Science with distinction in anthropology and zoology from the University of Michigan in 1971. Today, Dr. Layman maintains affiliations with the Human Rights Watch and the Chicago Council of Global Affairs. In the coming years, Dr. Layman hopes to make his findings in the field of robotics more well known to the public.

In 2003, Dr. Layman was chosen by a Grand Doctoral Committee, composed of a distinguished panel of the greatest scientists from various countries of the world. The Committee was associated with the EAI (European Academy of Information) and the WIDU (World Information Distributed University), located in Brussels, Belgium. Dr. Layman was selected to receive both a second Ph.D., a Full Professorship, and a Grand Ph.D. in Medicine. The Committee was Chaired by Ph.D., Grand Ph.D. VORONTSOV, Under-Secretary General of the U.N., President of International Academy, Ambassador, Commander of Order - - SCIENCE, EDUCATION, CULTURE. The Committee stated that, "Prof. Layman is a Professor of Medical Terminology, Human Anatomy and Physiology of Joliet Junior College. He is a celebrated scientist, splendid pedagogue and bearer of genuine American culture. He has a deep knowledge in many fields of science, technology, the humanities and religion. He has a fundamental preparedness to train experts to solve global problems. He was the first who has strictly formulated the global problem: From Homo Sapiens to Robo Sapiens, and he has grounded a danger of this potentially irreversible process to natural man."

The Committee officially declared that, "Prof. Dale Pierre Layman is the First Grand Doctor of Philosophy in the Field of Medicine in the United States of America." The Grand Doctoral Committee summed up its proclamation with this statement: "Ph.D., Grand Ph.D. Dale Pierre Layman is authorized to found the Department of the World Information Distributed University to train experts of highest qualification to solve global problems in interest of America and the USA especially."

A DIRE WARNING AND A CRY FOR YOUR HELP!:
As revealed in the interview, Dr. Layman fears that we are quickly entering what he has called, "A New ROBO-PEARL HARBOR!" Immediately following this train of thought, leads to an even more dangerous conclusion: This New ROBO-PEARL HARBOR may, very soon lead, in turn, to what he terms, "A New ROBO-CIVIL WAR!" This strange, new ROBO-CIVIL WAR may soon be starting within the United States, and then spread like a deadly cancer or an out-of-control wildfire - - throughout the world! This is a high-level "Battle for the Human Heart, Soul, and Mind." This High-Level "Battle" reflects the quickly-growing academic, intellectual, and social consequences of SINGULARITY THEORY. This theory basically predicts that mankind as we now know it will become "Extinct" by the Year 2045! Please help "Poor Dad" (Dr. Dale Layman) try to SAVE "Sleeping" mankind from this grave new threat! - - BEFORE it is TOO LATE!
