The text is not intended to be pessimistic though you will FEEL Keturah's pain as she explains some of the details of a FEW of her experiences with harassment, retaliations, bullying and discrimination in the four years she worked for a Major International packaging and graphics company.
In the book you are advised on various ways and methods of job sabotaging , guides on Professional responses if you encounter such behavior, best replies when Human Resources begins to question YOU on events - replies that force Human Resources to enforce their company ethics policy, documentation guidelines, etc.
Some details are graphic and explicit in nature. This was not an easy book to write for Keturah. Her hopes with this text are to present guidelines you may not have been available, to help you. As she thoroughly believes that the therapeutic value of one person helping another is WITHOUT PARALELL.
