After applying to be evaluated by one of AAA's 65 full-time, highly-trained professional evaluators, the Renaissance Dallas Hotel was met with an unannounced inspection and overnight visit. The
Dallas, Texas luxury hotel was then rated on the following criteria: ambiance, amenities, bathrooms, guest rooms, guest services, grounds, housekeeping, maintenance, management, public areas, room d cor, and staff.
