According to Magno, whose career as a teacher has spanned more than 40 years, most people do not attain personal freedom because they have not been encouraged to look inside. Rather they are side-tracked, bombarded by the world at large -- countless individuals, the media, various organizations, established churches - the list goes on.
Mr. Magno's unique approach, which uses the personal magnetism of the human voice as a vehicle for self transformation, requires his students to conduct a dedicated search within. Magno came up with a simple structure as a place to start, providing the impetus for the inquirer to examine his/her life, think for him/herself, and develop the self-reliance integral to Happiness. With characteristic humor, Magno informally dubbed the following four steps "The Square Deal:"

Magno refers to himself as a Neo-Objectivist. Objectivists typically stress the importance of reason and the acceptance of reality and endorse individualism, egoism, enlightened self-interest and capitalism.
"I am dedicated to honesty, reality and progress, states Magno, ". . . I believe that Happiness is our moral right. It is the purpose of our life. To achieve it requires mastery of ourselves. Just as I have faith in tomorrow's rising of the sun, so I have faith in YOUR unlimited conscious power to achieve anything you desire."
Magno teaches by demonstration, not explanation, coupled with absolute confidence in his students' abilities to reach their goals. By experiencing his techniques in this way, his students develop the desire to feel and to discover what they already know and feel but don't yet recognize is already right there, right inside themselves. All of Magno's teaching is totally authentic, based on his own experience rather than on something heard, said or elsewhere related.
Asked what he's got that differentiates him from the others (performance coaches, etc.,) Magno responds,"First, I love what I do, and am in tune with life's purpose; I give it (my teachings) to others; they give me money for it; I hardly ever think of wealth; but I consider myself wealthy. Think only of what you love to do and discontinue thinking about all the little tricks that exist to make you money," he adds, "Women admire men who are not followers; don't follow others, seminars, or wealth scholars. These exist to get your money, not to give you something. You can't change in a weekend despite what all those intensive seminars say. Magno's wish is to help as many people as possible, from all over the world, by studying his books and particularly by graduating from his Course #5 - Self-Transformation through Personal Magnetism.
