Stewart, founding member of The Stewart Law Firm, P.L.L.C. in Austin, Texas, has filed a lawsuit in Bell County, Texas State District Court on behalf of the parents of an underage individual that lost his life in a triple fatality motor vehicle crash after having been continuously sold and served alcoholic beverages at a Harker Heights, Texas drinking establishment called Sidelinz Bar & Grill. According to pleadings, on March 14, 2009, Sidelinz Bar & Grill and its owners/operators continuously sold alcoholic beverages to two young men, one being Aaron Hinojos, who were obviously intoxicated at the time. Shortly after leaving the establishment after closing time, the two young men were involved in a violent head-on collision when their vehicle crossed the center lane, striking another vehicle. The two intoxicated young men who had just left the bar, and the driver of the vehicle they hit, all suffered fatal injuries in the crash. In his lawsuit, attorney Stephen Stewart has alleged that Sidelinz Bar & Grill and its owners were negligent and negligent per se in serving alcohol to obviously intoxicated patrons.
Regarding the recently filed lawsuit against Sidelinz Bar & Grill and its owners, attorney Stephen W.
