Some of the high-quality interior finishes will include mosaic glass and tile, artisan wall coverings, and domed ceilings. In addition, the architect has selected a slab granite façade designed to accentuate the large scale of the building. There will be a generous parking ratio (which is standard in Sundance developments), in addition to covered executive parking, ample tenant improvement allowance, and owner financing available.
