About Vegan Divas NYC:

Journalist and native of the "meat country" Brazil, Fernanda Capobianco previously managed and owned The Payard Restaurant and Pastry shops in Rio de Janeiro. There, Fernanda developed unique recipes for delicious desserts free of eggs and sugar. Fernanda opted to use healthier all-natural organic & fresh ingredients: Exotic fruits such as passion fruit, acai, and cupuacu. Soon Fernanda expanded her menu, adding hearty and healthy all-vegan sandwiches.

In 2010 Capobianco founded Vegan Divas, an upscale vegan, animal-free, cholesterol-free, organic, kosher, parve, and low-calorie line of baked goods and desserts.
