The Voice magazine editor Jennifer LeClaire had a one-on-one with the judge about his new book, "Dred Scott's Revenge," as well as the roots of big government in America, and some practical measures 'we the people' can take to fight for liberty and justice for all.

Napolitano graduated from Princeton University in 1972 and the University of Notre Dame Law School in 1975. He is the youngest life-tenured Superior Court judge in the history of the State of New Jersey. For 11 years, Judge Napolitano was an adjunct professor of law at Seton Hall Law School, where he taught constitutional law and jurisprudence and was voted most outstanding professor in three different academic years.
Napolitano serves as a senior judicial analyst for Fox News and now host of Freedom Watch on Fox. He' s written several books, including "Constitutional Chaos," "The Constitution in Exile, "A Nation of Sheep" and his latest effort "Dred Scott's Revenge."
