Rick Montgomery joins ThinkHR as a Senior Legal Editor. In this position, he will focus on strengthening communications related to legal and human resources issues in the form of regular client and legal alerts, newsletters and webinars specifically related to employment law. Additionally, he will ensure that legal content in the ThinkHR library is current. Rick served in this same capacity in his position at Ceridian for the past 11 years.. He is a licensed attorney and a former Recon Marine. He received his undergraduate degree in Justice Studies from Georgia Southern University and his law degree from the Florida Coastal School of Law.
Dave Rike joins ThinkHR as a Regional Sales Director. In this role, he will tap into the skills and industry expertise he gained in his previous positions at Zywave. As part of ThinkHR's dynamic sales team, he will be an integral part of processes from market analysis through the delivery of expert solutions to ThinkHR clients. Dave was recognized with the prestigious Presidents' Club Award at Zywave and is a graduate of The Ohio State University.
