Jamie Oliver's pal Jimmy Doherty, who starred in Jimmy's Farm, investigates how supermarket foods are produced in Jimmy's Food Factory.

Meanwhile, Sex And The City's Ron Livingstone stars in the new sci-fi drama Defying Gravity about a group of astronauts, while John Sergeant explains more about his comedy debating series Argumental.

In the soaps, Tony orders Carla's death in Coronation Street, while Mark is torn between Faye and Natasha in Emmerdale. In Hollyoaks, Archie accuses Lydia of murdering Sarah, and Heston makes it clear he would choose Steven over Lily in Doctors. Elle is determined to get revenge on Lucas in Neighbours, and in Home And Away Charlie takes drastic action to prove Grant raped her.

There are also two fantastic three-night breaks in Bruges to be won in this week's TV Choice competition
