Mr. Ferguson has over 32 years of professional experience in the Environmental, Health, and Safety industry. During his career he has performed services for large property and casualty clients in a wide variety of industries. He has assisted in reducing and minimizing loss experience and has worked extensively with customers in Retail/Commercial, Manufacturing, Plastics, Banking/Finance, Service and Government. His current responsibilities include overseeing the National Accounts Division of AIU Holdings Risk Management Group for Global Loss Prevention. Their focus includes management of consulting services to accounts with annual revenues exceeding $700 million annually. He also acts as Chief Regulatory Compliance Officer for Global Loss Prevention and as their Vendor Management Coordinator. He attributes his successes to his ability to effectively organize, analyze and communicate with all levels of management both internally and externally in order to develop and achieve optimum organization efficiency.

He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Humanities from Iowa State University, Ames, IA and in his spare time enjoys golf, travel, reading, and family.
