Previously, Mr. Linter served the United States Navy Reserve and was honorably discharged from his service with the rank of Lieutenant. Mr. Linter received his Bachelor's Degree in Marine Transportation from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, New York in 2000 and holds a Third Mate License from the United States Coast Guard.
