NEW YORK, NY, September 27, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/
--Initially trained in health sciences and nursing, Tiiffany Albert employs a caregiver's nurturing, holistic approach to spa services. She combines nature and science in her treatments as clinical aesthetician and owner of Fusion Spa, a veritable oasis of relaxation and renewal in the heart of bustling New York City. The spa's name says it all. "Fusion Spa's name refers to fusing modern skin care with the art of intuitive touch and relaxation therapies," Ms. Albert explained in a recent interview with Cambridge Who's Who. "My motto is fusing the science of clinical skin care with the art of pampering."
A specialist in anti-aging and anti-acne procedures and treatments for photo damaged skin, Ms. Albert stresses thoroughness in all aspects of her business. She draws on her extensive knowledge of cosmetic chemistry and topical and internal nutrition to achieve desired results and, at the same time, shows her clients that good skin is more thanówell, skin-deep. "With our in-depth knowledge of nutrition, we're able to help our clients on a deeper level by offering them an advanced service to achieve clean, healthy, radiant skin," she said. This comprehensiveness even finds its way into how she deals with her clients. "To successfully treat our clients and earn their trust, it's important to create a rapport with them through a comprehensive and thorough approach. We do that from the time that we speak to them on the phone, greet them and ask the proper questions in a detailed consultation form to the actual treatment itself and sampling of products."
With its emphasis on customer service, it is no wonder that Fusion Spa has grown largely through word-of-mouth and has enjoyed a client retention rate of nearly 100 percent. With the surfeit of wellness choices in Manhattan and the legendary fastidiousness of New Yorkers, customer loyalty is not to be taken lightly. Ms. Albert credits this success to a results-oriented approach, rather than one focused on sales or product-pushing. Her clients repaid her devotion by voting Fusion Spa "Best Facialist in NYC" in "Best of Citysearch" for 2003 and 2006.
A true aesthetician knows that when you improve someone's appearance, you affect more than just their looks. Ms. Albert believes that helping people feel good about themselves lies at the heart of what she does. "I feel privileged to be paid for what I love doing," she acknowledged. "To see my clients' faces when they walk through the door, as if they've left all their troubles behind, and seeing the improvement in their skin, their health and their energy has truly been a cause worthy of my commitment."
Tiffany Albert became a licensed esthetician through the prestigious Atelier Esthetique Institute of Esthetics and obtained her license in medical aesthetics from the University of Central Texas. She also attained a national certification for the use of lasers in the industry. Prior to opening Fusion Spa in 2004, she assisted in aesthetics teaching at AEIE, practiced aromatherapy-infused reflexology treatments, and worked as a sales representative for a high-end glycolic and anti-aging line. Ms. Albert is committed to keeping her knowledge current through continuing education in medical aesthetics and healing arts, and by active affiliations in industry organizations such as The International Dermal Institute.
