With 10 years of professional experience, Mr. Zimmerman specializes in handling firearms and mindset coaching. He is responsible for teaching clients in the classroom setting and the shooting range on how to handle firearms. Z&Z Tactical teaches their students the full extent of the firearms, use and safety, in addition to advising on the proper mindset to have during a situation involving firearms. They offer both beginner and advanced training, and do security consulting. Mr. Zimmerman became involved in his profession after five years of experience serving in the United States Marine Corps School of Infantry. He attributes his success to his flexibility, hard work and dedication.

Mr. Zimmerman received a diploma from McArthur High School and a diploma in welding technology from Sheridan Technical Center. He is a member of the Tropical Sport Shooting Association and the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States. He volunteers for his local Veterans Affairs Medical Center and for Disabled American Veterans. In the future, he intends to develop his business and continue working as a trainer.
