The Marketing suite, which will open in November, will be unique amongst commercial real estate developments in Bulgaria, and it will provide prospective clients with a first-hand preview of the features of the Sofia Airport Center project.
The Marketing suite is going to be built on the site of the Sofia Airport Center and will contain an exhibition area where visitors would be able to see for themselves what their potential "Class A" office will look like and what they could expect from the Sofia Airport Center.
The marketing suite will include a winter garden, showing the future office buildings' exterior, a showroom to demonstrate the atmosphere of the planned offices, and a spacious coffee shop and a business lounge, where prospective tenants will discuss and finalize agreements to lease space in the project. Offices for the project team of SAC, as well as more than 20 parking spaces will also be a part of this unique complex. The marketing suite will have an exhibition area of approximately 200 square meters. The construction is due to finish this fall, and the opening is planned for November 2007.

Rather than trying to envision the new project from brochures and images, prospective tenants can see, feel, and experience the project in Marketing suite. The first buildings of the Sofia Airport Center are scheduled for completion in the beginning of next year. The opening of the logistic part of the center is due in March 2008 and the offices in the first part of 2009.
Sofia Airport Center is the first complex of this kind in Bulgaria and it includes business buildings, logistic and distribution facilities, covering an area of around 115,000 square meters and is located just 300 meters from the new international terminal of the Sofia Airport.
