About the 2008 Honda Odyssey
The 2008 Honda Odyssey is a minivan that runs on a 3.5-liter, SOHC, VTEC engine that has power of 244 horsepower at 5750 rpm and 240 lb-ft. of torque at 5000 rpm. The 2008 Honda Odyssey gets the more fuel-efficient version of the available Variable Cylinder Management (VCM) i-VTEC V-6 engine.
The 2008 Honda Odyssey comes in three trims - LX, EX, and Touring. The Touring generates 241 hp at 5700 rpm and 242 lb-ft. of torque at 4900 rpm.
The 2008 Honda Odyssey's interior has new colors and textures for the instrument panel; an additional storage bin in the second row plus one seat; CD-based MP3/Windows Media Audio (WMA) compatibility; and a standard auxiliary input jack. For the exterior, the 2008 Honda Odyssey has a six-sided grille design and a front bumper fascia.
Active front seat head restraints and daytime running lights are new safety features for 2008. Electronic Stability Control; front side airbags with passenger-side Occupant Protection Detection System (OPDS); and Advanced Compatibility Engineering (ACE) body structure that provides better occupant protection during a frontal collision are among its other standard safety features.
