Thanks to the exponential growth Tracesmart Corporate has seen since it's inception in 2004, they are now at a point at which more space is needed to continue their provision of market leading consumer tracing, consumer
identity checks and
data cleansing solutions.
The new office space will fulfil a variety of functions. As well as offering offices for their expanding Trace and Sales teams, the space will also incorporate a back-up data centre facility. "By being able to have a new back up centre on site, we will be able to provide a higher level of reliability to our customers. This is something we have been striving for, and thanks to the current wave of success the company is riding, we now have the means with which to do it. This expansion will not only effect us directly as a company, but with the space to expand and develop our products and services, our clients will also reap the benefits." The considerable expansion in the
tracing agents and sales teams is due to the outstanding growth in business over the past couple of years. After the successful completion of some very high profile
asset reunification projects and the imminent arrival of unclaimed assets legislation, the in-house trace team are expanding to cope with the growing demand for their highly specialised skills. This growth is in addition to their rapidly expanding sales and CRM team, which will ensure that
Tracesmart Corporate maintains strong client relations as well as managing the large volume of new leads they are currently experiencing.
