Holding 20 years of experience, Mrs. Mitchell serves as the chairman and managing director, she oversees company growth, handles customer service and recruiting, conducts meetings with staff members, manages training procedures and ensures customer satisfaction. The MPS brand is about service, quality and honesty, and Mrs. Mitchell prides herself on maintaining an open door policy.

A member of the Australian Institute of Management, Mrs. Mitchell earned a Technical Degree in Education and Management from TAFE. She has been named a National Small Business Champion in 2010, and a Small Business Champion Entrepreneur National Finalist. In 2011, she was also given the Stevie Award for Best Asian Entrepreneur. She attributes her success to her drive and business partner, Karen, and in the future she hopes to establish a new travel and tour company, and have it up and running internationally.
