SAN FRANCISCO, CA, July 07, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Tracker Corp, developer of the most innovative I-9 compliance software and the immigration management system (IMS) used by more Fortune 500 employers than any other IMS on the market, announced the addition of a dynamic, always up-to-date, Visa Bulletin Report to its ImmigrationTracker Classic software.

Tracker Classic's new Visa Bulletin Report automatically monitors the Department of State's (DoS) monthly-updated bulletin announcing what foreign nationals are allowed to file for an Adjustment of Status (AoS). Through this new real-time report, Tracker provides a user-friendly way for immigration attorneys and corporate HR specialists to know which clients/employees are currently eligible to file their immigrant visa petition. If the petition is approved, it ultimately results in a green card.

This report eliminates the tedious process of having to manually access the DoS website to monitor which Priority Dates become effective. It also helps to ensure that filing deadlines are not missed, especially since the scheduled eligible Priority Dates can advance or retrogress on a monthly basis, depending on each country's varying visa demand.

An AoS applicant's preference category, priority date, and country of origin determine his or her place in line for a visa. The earlier the priority date is, the closer the Individual is to the "front of the line." Tracker stores this information and automatically compares it to the real-time data on the DoS website and returns the Individuals who are currently eligible and meet any additional criteria specified by the DoS.

"Our new Visa Bulletin Report saves ImmigrationTracker Classic users time and helps them avoid missing the window of opportunity for a green card or other desired change of status, even if that window moves," said Brett Weiss, Tracker Corp CEO. "This report is another example of how Tracker innovation makes immigration case management more effortless and error-free."

Tracker Corp provides software for immigration management, I-9 compliance and E-Verify. Used by more than 75% of the top immigration law firms who buy case management software (according to IndUS Business Journal and American Lawyer Media), as well as many Fortune 1000 companies, hospitals and universities, Tracker Corp products include ImmigrationTracker software and Tracker I-9 compliance software. Founded in 1998, Tracker Corp is privately held and based in San Francisco, CA.
