TRACY, CA, February 08, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Win a home valued at over a million dollars for just a $150.00 bucks. Coupled with a completed entry form, payment of the $150.00 entry fee, the answer to the skill question and a little luck, a contestant could win a sprawling 3800+ square foot ranch home with 3400sf Custom Shop Building in Tracy, Ca! For Details go to www.tracyhomegiveaway.com for an entry form and more information on the contest.

Long time Tracy residence Jerry and Valerie Bahm, Homeowners have created a family contest to transfer a Million Dollar home making it available for all. The contest style format is fairly new to today's real estate market, but has been a dream of the Bahm's to do for the past two years. With so much negativity in the news. The Bahm Family wanted to try to bring some excitement and hope to the small Tracy community and brighten someone's day.

The Contest offers a unique opportunity to win a home valued at over one million dollars for only $150.00. The contest is a an out of the box alternative to transfer ownership to a new family that might not qualify for conventional financing, a family they might not be able to afford a home in this range or a family who just doesn't want a mortgage. Could be a dream come true in this economy.

The Bahm Family is giving a big part of the contest proceeds to Charity. The Balm Family hopes to raise over $300,000.00 for four chosen charities. The Mc Henry House Family Shelter (Tracy CA), Interfaith Ministries (Tracy CA), Hospice of San Joaquin (Stockton CA) and Little League Baseball-Weston Ranch (Lathrop CA).

The requirements are simple - just the entry form, the fee $150.00 and the answer. That's it. Of course there are the legal rules and much more information available on the contest website - www.tracyhomegiveaway.com - including photos of this custom home and huge custom shop. The Contest Period is from December 5, 2008 to June 15, 2009 with the Maximum amount of entries to be sold at 13,000.

In addition to the 3800+ square foot home with a three-car garage, the property also has a 3400+ square foot shop building. Some of the features of the Custom Home on 1.68 Acres are 3 Bed Rooms -3 Bath -2 Full l and 1 Half -Large Open Floor plan, Professional Grade Kitchen ,Great Room with Vaulted Ceilings, Formal Dining Room, Office/Den, Large Game Room with Beautiful Woodwork, 3 Car Garage that's just the house.... there's also a 3420 sq.ft. Custom Shop Building.

The Bahm Family have come up with this very out of the box idea for transferring their Million Dollar Property in these tough economic times. But the real reason for the contest is helping charities.
