Long time Tracy residence Jerry and Valerie Bahm, Homeowners have created a family contest to transfer a Million Dollar home making it available for all. The contest style format is fairly new to today's real estate market, but has been a dream of the Bahm's to do for the past two years. With so much negativity in the news.
