ATLANTA, GA, May 31, 2009
/24-7PressRelease/ -- In the podcast, CTF Shareholders Tom McLain and John Watkins cover trade secret litigation from the pre-suit investigation through appeal. The podcast is the third in a series covering non-disclosure agreements (also called "NDAs") and trade secrets. The first podcast introduced the subject and the second discussed the use of NDAs to protect trade secrets and confidential information.
John Watkins stated, "For many businesses, large and small, protecting confidential information and trade secrets is becoming increasingly important. The widespread use of inexpensive mainstream storage devices, such as thumbdrives, can only increase the risk of a substantial misappropriation of data, and studies and anecdotal evidence indicate the risk is real. At the same time, not all information is subject to protection and there are a number of defenses that are often raised in trade secret litigation. The new podcast covers the substantive and procedural issues that are likely to arise in trade secret litigation, and we believe it will be useful to the business community." The podcasts are available at no charge at http://www.ctflegal.blip.tv or http://www.ctflegal.com/podcasts.html.

About Chorey Taylor & Feil
At Chorey, Taylor & Feil, a Professional Corporation, we mean business. Serving Georgia, national, and international companies, we provide corporate and business litigation services to a highly diversified client base, ranging from new ventures to middle market companies to the Fortune 500.
CTF strives to provide hands-on service by experienced attorneys using a common sense, business-oriented approach. We have purposely avoided the "leverage" model adopted by many other law firms so that our shareholders and senior attorneys remain directly involved in matters. CTF's size allows us to be nimble, though we are able to bring substantial resources to bear when needed. Our goal is to be truly accessible and responsible to our clients.
Many of our lawyers graduated at the top of their class in law school and received prestigious academic awards. Many were previously partners at some of the largest law firms in the country, who instead chose to work at CTF because of its unique approach and environment.
Our lawyers have also been recognized by their peers. Six of our attorneys were named to the list of "Georgia Super Lawyers" for 2008 & 2009 published by Law and Politics and Atlanta Magazine. The Super Lawyers list is based on a survey of Georgia lawyers and is limited to the top five percent of attorneys. Each of our lawyers who has been peer review rated by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory has an "AV" rating, which is the highest available rating.
