She has a broad experience on a variety of transfer pricing matters, including transfer pricing project management, global and US transfer pricing documentation, and valuation of intangibles. Ms Rask joined TPA as senior consultant in 2004. Prior to joining TPA, Jessica Rask worked for Ernst and Young LLP in Chicago, US and in Amsterdam where she advised subsidiaries of U.S. multinationals operating in Europe as well as European multinationals with operations in the United States. Jessica Rask obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in International Business from the University of Michigan Business School.
Dmitriy Sobchinskiy has been appointed partner responsible for providing economic analysis and commercial support to TPA globally. Dmitri's experience range from industries including chemical, steel, pharmaceutical, and oil and gas. He specializes in economic and financial analysis and is expert in operating databases utilized for various economic research and company analysis. Mr. Sobchinskiy joined TPA in 2003. Prior to joining TPA, Dimitri Sobchinskiy worked for the Transfer Pricing Group of Ernst and Young in Amsterdam and several multinational companies. Dmitriy Sobchinskiy holds as a Master in business economics at Al-Farabi Kazak State University in Kazkhstan
Steven Carey joined TPA as Senior consultant in Amsterdam in March 2006. Mr. Carey specializes in providing tax and transfer pricing services to multinational and publicly listed companies in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to joining TPA, Mr. Carey worked for worked for six years in the PriceWaterhouseCoopers's Singapore and Sydney offices and for the Australian Taxation Office.
