From delightful appetizers to mouthwatering desserts, you'll find plenty to celebrate with Opus' sumptuous holiday buffet. Made-to-order specialties and signature selections highlight the seasonal menu. Brunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, March 23.
Featured entr es are Baked Sea Bass With Julienne Vegetables. Bel and Evans Chicken Breast With Champagne and Spanish Caper Cream Sauce, Pan-Seared Pork Tenderloin With Grilled Apple Chutney and Saut ed Baby Vegetables, and hand-carved Prime Rib With Italian Herb Crust. Breakfast favorites include made-to-order eggs, crepes and Belgian waffles. Cream of Asparagus Soup, creative salads and seasonal side dishes will be offered along with English-style tea sandwiches, freshly baked breads and an array of desserts.
Easter Brunch is $40 for adults, $30 for seniors ages 65 and older, $20 for children ages 4 to 12, and complimentary for children ages 3 and younger. Tax and gratuity are extra. Validated valet parking is included. Reservations are required.
