bankruptcy services company, has named David Wallace its associate general
counsel.
In this newly created position, Wallace will be based at the firm's Dallas
office, working closely with the company's general counsel, Fernando Landa,
to provide key legal and strategic expertise to Trigild management. In this
capacity, he will be in charge of reviewing, drafting and arguing
receivership pleadings; developing and negotiating commercial contracts and
leases; serving as court appointed receiver and working with lenders' legal
counsel.
A native of Houston, Texas, Wallace was previously an associate with
Fulbright & Jaworski, LLP, a full service international law firm, where he
worked in the Dallas office, representing a broad range of clients in
commercial litigation. He holds a J.D. from Southern Methodist University's
Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in
finance from Texas Christian University.
