With seven years of experience as President of the All Valley RV Center, Mr. Padgett specializes in people management. He is responsible for selling units, overseeing the company's budget, tracking sales, hiring, handling insurance and workers' compensation, and managing daily operations. Mr. Padgett started his career in the recreation vehicle industry when he was in junior high school. He worked his way up from wash boy into the service department, to sales and then sales manager. He went to work for a manufacturer as a wholesale representative for five years before returning to retail and opening his own dealership. He attributes his success to his hard work, and being committed and successful. He became involved in his professional through his father, who had a dealership.

Mr. Padgett is the president of the California Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association and a member of the Route 66 RV Network. In years to come, he intends to build his dealership and brand. He also plans to expand into a new market and add an additional dealership to his franchise.
