Trudy Davison Inducted into Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Marketing

    LENNOX HEAD, AUSTRALIA, September 04, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Trudy Davison, Chief Operating Officer of Portfolio Housing Group Pty Ltd, has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in marketing.

With a decade of practiced experience in her field, Ms. Davison is uniquely qualified to perform a variety of tasks on behalf of Portfolio Housing Group Pty Ltd. Just one short year ago, she acquired the position of COO, where she writes for tender documents and searches for new subdivisions.

After completing high school, Ms. Davison began working in Woolworths Mackay in north Queensland, moving on to a position at Target a couple of years later. After applying for a transfer, she moved to Brisbane and worked at a city central store, which had opened in 1999. Ms. Davison also met her husband that year and they began their property portfolio during the property boom of the early 2000. Renovating at night and on weekends while both holding down full time managerial positions in our prospective careers. We opened our first business in 2003 when our first son was born and it has grown from there. We are now employed by Portfolio Housing Group which form and manage all aspects of the build process for residential investment marketers. Branching into larger subdivisions and sourcing my house and land packages.

Ms. Davison earned a diploma in interior design and decoration from Gold Coast Institute of TAFE. She remains connected to the industry through Business Chicks Pty Ltd and the Housing Industry Association. In the near future, she intends to expand the company, opening offices in four states.

A marketing company, Portfolio Housing provides house and land packages for investors to sell to their clients. Ms. Davison became involved in her profession because she and her husband bought investment properties. They had to find alternative ways to sell and found residential marketers.
