From seed to table, True Seasons Organic Kitchen offers Orange County residents a premium hot pot experience with a diverse menu composed of completely clean, organic and GMO-free ingredients.

Led by chef and philanthropist Saifon Plewtong, True Seasons is passionate about only using clean ingredients that are secured straight from the source. As one of Orange County's top rated hot pot restaurants, True Seasons is also excited to announce new organic menu additions and updates to their popular dessert selections.

As an alternative to many fast casual concepts in Southern California, the True Seasons menu offers organic hot pot cuisine (Shabu-shabu) alongside their deliciously healthy all-organic wraps, salads, bowls and desserts. Recently added to the menu is an organic wild caught salmon, organic Thai curry chicken and organic teriyaki chicken; all which are used in their rice bowls, salads & wraps. On their dessert menu, they recently unveiled new flavors of 100% organic gelato and popsicles. Easily a visitor favorite, their desserts are always made with all natural, locally sourced ingredients. Customers will be excited to know True Seasons has created their own house-made Sriracha made with lemongrass, chili, kaffir leafs and has zero sugar or GMOs.
