OXFORD, UK, April 18, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Tutors International is delighted to announce the recruitment of a dedicated SAT tuition administrator for its new London SAT tuition service. With the international deadline for registration approaching on May 5th (late registration is not available to international students), parents are advised to book specialist SAT tuition slots now as demand is increasing in the build up to the June 6th SAT exam. As many UK schools don't offer specialist advice or tuition in preparation for the US SAT exam, Tutors International advises parents of students applying to American universities to get in touch as soon as possible before tuition slots are entirely booked up. The specialist SAT tuition costs GBP140 per hour plus VAT. For more information, visit http://www.tutors-international.com or call +44 (0) 1865 435 135.

The score obtained in the American college admission SAT exam is a critical component of a student's university application. With limited help available in the British school system for UK students applying to study in America, more parents are turning to dedicated private tuition in order to give their children the best chance in the exam. "The SAT exam is quite different from the British SATs that an A-level student might have experienced earlier in their academic career," explains Adam Caller, founder of Tutors International. "Expecting a student to sit an American SAT exam and get a high enough score to secure entrance into the top US universities without any preparation at all is a tall order. It would be akin to asking them to sit all of their A-level exams with no exam practice, revision lessons or advice on what to expect from the exam paper. Clearly that would make it difficult for them to perform at their best, which is why the SAT tuition we offer in London is in such demand."

This demand for specialist SAT tuition has merited the recruitment of a dedicated member of staff. "The new administrator is eminently qualified to administrate the SAT tuition service, having had first hand experience of the American SAT exams herself," Adam commented. "She is fluent in three European languages and has Anglo-American descent which is advantageous as she has a good understanding of both the US and UK education systems, so we are delighted to have her on board." Adam went on to say; "It's also good to be able to announce that we are expanding, when there is so much bad news about the recession. It marks the continued growth and success of Tutors International."
