The outcome will be a limited online service via social networks, starting primarily with twitter. Andrea explains the reasoning behind the move as, "to ensure that the services continue to meet our client's demands, and we were finding that our clients were spending more and more time online so we have to follow suit. Similarly, it gives those who are contemplating the service but not quite sure how it works, the opportunity to try us out."
