Patrons of the restaurant will delight in both the food creations and wine pairing suggestions of Executive Chef Steven Patrick. An accomplished chef, author and restaurateur, Chef Patrick has created a menu that blends fresh local ingredients with modern international recipes to satisfy even the most discriminate palette.
"There is something for everyone at the Twenty/20 Grill & Wine Bar," says Chef Patrick. "Our wine menu and entr e specials are always changing with the growing seasons to allow us to select the best local ingredients at the peak of freshness."
Sample dishes planned for the winter season include Char-grilled Lamb Loin with a roast red grape sauce, crispy potato croutons, and a fresh wild berry salad; and the Local Growers Vegetable Risotto, a vegetable lover's paradise with char-grilled tomatoes, baked zucchini, eggplant, warm fennel and corn.

About Chef Steven Patrick
A native of California with an extensive background in wine country resorts and restaurants, Chef Patrick has led the finest resort dining rooms including the five-star restaurant El Bizcocho at the Rancho Bernardo Inn, the popular Italian BONO restaurant opened by the late Sonny Bono in Palm Springs, Temecula Creek Inn and The Vineyard Terrace at the Callaway winery in Temecula.
