Two Young Girls with Big Dreams - Facing Dragon's Den

    HALIBURTON, ON, March 24, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Two young sisters are headed to the Dragons Den with their new collectible lip balm product. They are hoping their new Kickstarter campaign will impress the Dragons.

Danielle (age 9) and Heather (age 8), have released a new collectible product called BeBe Bartoons. They made it through the 1,000's of contenders auditioning for CBC's Dragon's Den (Canada's Shark Tank) to be selected to be on this year's show. Now they need to show the 'Dragon's' they mean business.

The BeBe Bartoons lip balms are unique. They are a collectible series of animals that can exchange their tops and bottoms to make crazy new characters. The lip balm insert has a heart shape, it is refillable and all natural. A variety of lip balm refill products will be sold alongside of the BeBe Bartoon animals.

To enable commercial production and to prove to the Dragon's their product is popular they are seeking additional financial resources through the crowdfunding website kickstarter.com, where tiered pledge amounts can earn you BeBe Bartoons as rewards. (i.e. receive Bartoon characters with a pledges starting at $7)

The challenge is that they plan to raise $25,000 in only 30 days. All proceeds will go toward the creation of the plastic injection molds that are very expensive.
