UAB "Peritus sprendimai" has successfully represented the client at the concession competition.
Lithuanian fifth largest city-Panevezys municipality publicized the competition for private sector to build tennis courts in center of the city. Lithuanian project management and legal services company UAB "Peritus sprendimai" helped it's client to win the competition.

This week the agreement has to be signed, and according to the agreement, eight new tennis courts and hotel complex has to be built till April 1, 2010.

"Peritus sprendimai" helped to prepare the proposal for the municipality, which evaluated the bid. According to the municipality officials, the proposal was prepared very professionally and this was the reason to select this proposal as a winning one.
