/24-7PressRelease/ - April 05, 2008 - Dr. Nikki Jones, DDS, owner of Trinity Cosmetic & General Dentistry will serve as the keynote speaker for the Encouraging Sisters through Empowerment Education and Motivation (ESTEEM) annual Spring Women's Leadership Conference on Saturday April 5th. The event will be held at the Stone Center on the campus of University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Jones' presentation is titled, "Finding Your Yellow Brick Road", focusing on life purpose, trials and determination. Conference attendees will also have the option of choosing seminars during the conference focused on academic leadership, financial leadership, community leadership, and career leadership.
"I am elated to have been asked," explained Jones. "As a woman and business owner, I feel it is important to share some of my experiences with other women to let them know they too can follow their dreams. After much hard work and motivation, their dreams can come true also."

Practicing dentistry since 2002, Dr. Nikki Jones is the owner of Trinity Cosmetic & General Dentistry. She has a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Detroit-Mercy and certified by the North Carolina State Board and the Northeast Regional Board of Dentistry. With a focus in aesthetic and cosmetic dentistry, she has undergone additional postgraduate training at the Nash Institute for Dental Learning. Dr. Jones is an active of member of American Dental Association, North Carolina Dental Society and Charlotte Medical Society.
