The films and television series in return will assist in generating multiple streams of the revenue. Not only will they continue leasing out space, it will also produce television series, commercials, films (both domestic and foreign), video games and so much more.
The need for SWSI is important and in high demand by producers, writers, promoters on the east coast of the United States because there is no other studio that can completely accommodate special effects, animation, motion capture and full-length features. They will be the leading studio in this field. They will also distribute movies, video games, and DVDs.
SWSI will have more than just a movie studio on their facility. There are five divisions under the "umbrella" of SWSI. This includes Silver*Ware Animation Studios, Silver*Ware TV, Silver*Ware Records, Silver*Ware Distribution, Silver*Ware Home Entertainment. They'll cover every aspect of the film, television, and gaming industry.
When fully built, their main working facility will be located on a 150-acre site with access to a natural environment; which includes woods, a river, ponds and black top back lot of, which all covers 330 acres to construct exterior set locations (Total 480 acres). The studio lot will also be comprise of 1,021,000 SF of film and television production space in 35 state-of-the-art sound stages, including up to 150,000 SF of office, retail, industrial and commercial space for related industries.
Their purpose is to be this industry's "one stop shop". They plan to accommodate not only the small Indies but films on a high production scales, as well. Their goal is to keep everyone in one place and not have to go to different places to make one film. Can you understand the multitude?
